Jose Antonio Primo de Rivera was a Spanish lawyer, nobleman, politician and founder of the Spanish fascist movement, the Falange Espanola. At the outbreak of the Spanish Civil War in 1936, he was accused of conspiracy and military rebellion against the government of the second Spanish Republic and sentenced to death and executed in the first months of the war.
